WOW4 - I upgraded it

I was able to locate your WoW4 account, Tiella. I am able to see that the account has successfully been linked to your battle.net account, and was successfully upgraded from the trial access to a full retail version of the game. Is the account simply not listed there when you attempt to log in? You are able to locate the account in your battle.net Account Manager page, right?

No, you are making perfect sense, Tiella . I was just checking to make sure I covered the basics before we proceeded. Would you mind logging out of the game and completely shutting down World of Warcraft for me? Once you have done that, please return here (while you are still logged out) and let me know. I will try something at that point, and see if we can’t get your account to show.
