Restored alts, not main?

So I just got the email about my character restoration being complete, only problem is they didn't touch my main that had been transfered and just restored gold and such to my alts. Is this a mistake or do I have to wait longer? Btw I believe I have waited as many days as I was told to wait.

Terribly sorry about that Kayo, normally those are addressed with a compromise.

You should have access to that character again.

Now, did you find the source of this? If that hasn't been identified, the chances of this repeating are VERY high.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
