Been waiting nearly 3 days

Just writing to say i've had a ticket open for about 3 days now and i still havn't got a response, so i thought i'd come ask on here. about a month or so ago i accidentaly deleted my level 60 female night elf rogue,Fanora, off the server suarfang (didn't think about asking to get it back until friday) and i was just wondering if there was a way to get her back?
also i lost some heirlooms, the rogue shoulders you get with stone keepers shards and rogue chest piece you buy with emblems of heroism, i've checked all my char's and i cant find them, i think they where on my tauren druid when i deleted it, is there a way for you's to get the heirlooms back or refund the Stone keepers shards and emblems of heroism.

^^ This is exactly correct.

Names of characters/items will also be extremely helpful when looking into this. Those types of particular in a petition will make things go a little faster on the investigation side.
