I don't know where to contact someone about this, but someone contacted me earlier today and impersonated a GM telling me that my account was suspended and I should go to [Removed] (do not go there or give your username and password there). I could tell it was fake and they were just going to try and steal my account and I wasn't sure if someone has already reported this but don't go there if someone tells you to. Also, if someone at blizzard can use this information to stop it, that would be great. If not, that's the best I can give.

I ask that you report the interaction via an in-game petition, Raysett, so that the character in question can be actioned in accordance with our policies. Also, you may wish to send the link to our Hacks team: (http://us.blizzard.com/support/hackswebform-us.xml).

As for you’re the “Game Master” interaction itself, there is one surefire way to tell if a player is a legitimate Blizzard employee or not. If a Game Master is trying to contact you via an in-game whisper you should see a message that indicates that a Game Master is trying to speak with you. Once you receive that message, you can click a link located in that message and it should open a new chat box so that you can speak to the Game Master. Furthermore, all Game Masters should have a “Blizz” tag next to their name: (http://us.blizzard.com/support/image.html?locale=en_US&id=81).
