Got my re-instatement email

Saying my account had been restored, nothing seemed missing....


But the loader ( and forums) are still stating my account is inactive.

There is no link in my email from the GM, I would think however that recieving that email would go simultaniously along with the lift of the ban on my hacked account?

Can you provide me with the name and realm of a character on the account, Charnalmist?

Did you complete the webform as was requested within the email that was sent to your registered email address, Charnalmist? Only once that webform has been submitted will our staff be able to restore access to the account.

You need to contact our Account Administration department so that they may restore access to your account. We were able to verify that the account actions were taken while the account was compromised; however, our Account Administration department requires that you contact them letting them know that you have completed the necessary steps to secure your computer and account. Only once you've submitted this webform will they be able to restore access to the account.
