Need a blue response

I have been trying to call support line from uk now for 5 days q is always temp disabled had a ticket open for 5 days when i had to close it and open a new one for an item that disappeared out my inv. the second ticket has been open for 4 days nearly without response. Can i get some insight into when tickets get answered cause to me this is a complete joke and completely unacceptable for a paid for product ?

I am at a loss as to why you closed your petition to submit a new one, Arremian; by doing so you effectively stepped out of line, and returned to the back of it. In the future, if you need to submit a secondary petition whilst you have one open simply edit your existing petition. Alternatively, you could submit the second one on an alternate character. This should avoid your petition taking twice as long due to your having to wait all over again.

As for your petition, I show that you are currently sitting at roughly 1 day 20 hours in a 4 day queue.
