What Is the average wait time after a ticket has been escalated?

I regained control of my account Thursday night and I've had a ticket open since then.

The only things that seem to be missing are my PvE chest piece, gold, and all badges.

I believe restoration times are running roughly four and a half days at this time, Ballex. This is only based off of the information available to me, and is by no means a guarantee of the time frame your restoration may take. Please understand that each investigation is different, so individual investigations may take more or less time than that. Also, the wait for a completed investigation can fluctuate substantially based on the number of requests submitted to the queue in a given period of time.
