Recovering deleted characters?

43 ish if i'm not mistaken. I'm pretty sure I had the private title or something like that and I just realized that it would be cool to have something to prove I played a bit in vanilla haha. The name of the character was Hailia on Perenolde.
Sadly, it looks as if too much time has passed since the character was deleted, Hailia, and the character is no longer available for restoration. :(
