Unbanning an account

I was recently hacked and I called and waited for an hour to talk to a blizzard rep 4 days ago, just wondering what other people's wait time is to hear back from them?

I know it can take some time to get my character's restored fully but I'd at least like my account to be made active again so I can log in. Right now i got a trial account to try to get my wow fix, lol.

Also, I got an email and I see on my char select screen to post this that my priest is on a diff server wiht a diff name and my warlock got x/f to a diff account or something? Will they get put back where they belong?

Also, I now have my own authenticator attached to the account so hopefully this d-bag can't hack me again >:(

My main character's name is Brodyman on Rexxar server, if you can shoot me an update that'd be sweet as your phone queue times are rediculous at the moment.
