Unauthorized Authenticator on my account

just bumping as I do not seem to be getting any blue responses or any type of response from blizz at all and my son is still unable to even log into his account. Will he get a credit for the time he was unable to access his account due to slow response. When he tries to log in it is still requesting an authenticator. Therefore his account is unusable at the moment. 6 hours after putting in an email at blizz support and posting to these forums. So, will he be getting credit for being unable to play due to blizz's lack of response to get the authenticator taken off. He understands that he will have to wait to have his items restored but come on let him at least get into his account. This is nuts.
