Cannot claim Rocket mount; Tried everything.

My friend Steve just recently started playing with me and bought the game and a time card today and upgraded the trial account I sent him through RAF. I can log on battle.net and see that I have one mount to claim and I can go through the process of choosing the realm and character, but when I hit Send Mount to Character, I get:

"The Rocket mount could not be delivered. Please ensure you are completely logged out of the game before trying again. If this problem persists, please contact our Billing and Account Services Department here."

I have logged in and out of my character, logged out inside and outside cities, emptied his mailbox, cleared my browser cache, tried on both IE and Firefox and still I get the same message.

Has anyone figured out what may be causing this error? I want to send the mount to Ikthex of Bloodhoof US.

Q u o t e:
hey zen, i'm having trouble with my warrior. Apparently he is stuck in a faction change. His name is Skarsgard on The Venture Co server.
Hmm, are you getting a particular error, Skarsgard? What is happening exactly? From what I can see, the transfer has been completed.

Okay, thanks. Can you give me an eta? Do I need to hang up with Billing? I am sitting in phone que finally and this is eating my minutes.
I currently do not have an ETA for you, but for your particular issue I would say no, you do not have to wait on the phone. I believe you should be receiving an email with further details. :)
