Need Blizzard to do Something with Harrasment

So the last three days I've gotten nothing but ugly tells and whispers from a player. They are discussing sexual and perverted things. I've reported this player and all the many level one alts that he has used.

Three days later he still has an account. I'm not sure why.....I've told blizzard the names he's used, the time he said it, and what was said. This goes far beyond the normal trade chat spam.

He actually has stooped so low that he is whispering about sex with an 11 year old girl who happens to be my friends daughter. I've opened another ticket but since tickets take between 24-72 hours to answer odds are I won't be talking to a GM any time soon.

While I'm sorry you are distressed by this - reporting is the proper course of action.

That doesn't mean another player may necessarily be insta-banned because you think that is what needs to happen, we have guidelines and a penalty volcano that is followed for such circumstances.

I do see you have another petition open, that's good. You don't need to be online for that to be looked into.
