Ok lets start from the beginning... I've had the other acct since March 2005 (played on / off since vanilla) -- It's always been great until it got hacked sometime in sept or oct of 2009 -- I had that dealt with, and then i converted it on over to the b.net acct thereafter.
At this time i lived in Texas and I played a lot, then I got a DoD job in Germany and moved me and my family over here ... well, I had to do some business out of the country for a few months, and during those few months, my fiancee's son (at least I think it was him) accessed that account w/o my permission nor knowledge! -- This tyrant is now in TYC (long term youth center)
A month or so ago I come home and attempt to login from one of my emails, invalid information... so I then email blizz and blizz sends a PW reset to the acct name and I reset it --> i attempt to log into the 2 accts that I know are on this email, they're banned... and 2 more accounts are added to it??
I emailed [email protected] again and here is the response that I got:

My investigation has shown that the account had been utilizing a prohibited third party program which allows for automated gameplay. The accounts were also found to be engaged in the willful exploitation of the World of Warcraft economy. In addition, I was unable to detect any evidence that the accounts had been compromised by an unauthorized user.
As a result, I regret to inform you that the closures were indeed merited and will not be overturned under any circumstances. Please note that the authentication key for a closed account may not be used to create a new account. A closed account may not be accessed for any reason, including character transfers. If you would like to continue playing the World of Warcraft, you will need to purchase a new copy of the game and create a new account.

I had explained in the original email that I had been out for a while & that this unauthorized user(s) access my accounts w/o permission nor my knowledge ... i'd like this acct back, as I have a few 80's and lots of crafting professions on it =(
