Can I recover hacked account from November?

My account was hacked and stolen last November. I found on my computer that I had a key gen, so I immediately, switched all my contact information for obvious reasons. I made my name "blah" and stuff like that. I did however have enough time to remove my credit card information. It was then hacked, and I could no longer log on. Everything was changed, and Battle.net said that my email address didn't exist.

Up to this day I am consistently getting emails about my account information being changed, and how it is violating rules and such. The way I can prove that the account is mine, is I have all the original information (that is if Blizzard can track that far back) and I'm pretty sure that you can not change the security question, and I of course remember that and remember the password as well.

I am willing to do as much as I can to recover my account, please let me know what I need to do. Thanks

Now, as to damages from November, that would simply have to be looked into. Likely, we won't be able to recover things like we would have had this report been recent, but we'll be more than happy to take a look for you once you are back in control of the account and you know your security is in place.
