Authenticator verification email not sending?

I just got my authenticator in the mail today and I went to the battle.net website to attach it so my account could finally be safe (I got hacked few days ago, just got restored yesterday). I clicked the add authenticator button and went to my email inbox, nothing.

I clicked a few more times in frustration nothing.

Decided to wait, it's been about three hours and nothing,

I checked my old account email, nothing, new one nothing.

Anyone know whats going on?

Have you checked your spam filter or junk folder, Secajisx?

The mail seems to be going through just fine, I checked on one of my accounts so my guess is it is being blocked elsewhere.

You may be correct, Secajisx. It does appear that password resets for @hotmail and @live are experiencing an issue, it will likely expand to other automated e-mails such as Authenticator confirmation. I believe we are in contact with them in an effort to get the issue addressed.

If you haven't already make sure you have added @blizzard.com and @battle.net to your safe senders list. Though we're getting reports that this work around isn't completely affective it does help in some cases.

I'm sorry that was not aware of this matter earlier. If I find out anything else I will let you know.

I'm sorry, Califree, but you would be incorrect. All information we have thus far shows that the issue is occurring with the provider.
