Not sure who to contact regarding my log-in woes. Hoping for a Blue response to point me to the right direction.

1. I play wow with my brother-in-law.
2. unfortunately he lives in China and I live in Oceania (on Oceanic Servers).
3. Since the SC2 launch last week, my brother-in-law can't log in without a suspicious activity flag.
4. we're both locked out of the account and we require a password reset every time.

I'm a little concerned since we want to play together and we had spent some time trying to level his toon up to be ready for cataclysm. If he can't then, well goodbye cataclysm...sniff

cheers

On the same account? That's account sharing an not allowed.

He needs his own account.

As long as you have one WoW account, and he another, that's not really sharing the WoW account....however, he really should have his own Battle.net account.

Now, if both WoW accounts are in your name and he's using one - yeah, that's account sharing.

Very glad to hear we could get this all sorted out for you, Kotick.

Getting into the Billing queue can be challenging at times, but well worth it, our folks are great and help whenever they possibly can :)
