Still waiting for characters to be restored!!

Unfortunately, Inerdrage, it looks like the investigation was completed regarding that matter. You should have received an e-mail letting you know that we were unable to verify that the account was maliciously compromised and were unable to reverse the transfers.

You are welcome to inquire further but I'm not certain what else can be done, I'm sorry.
