Character Account Transfer Help.

Hi ,
I am trying to transfer a character to a different account and I keep getting the error that I need to disband my arena team.
I do not want to pay the extra money on an inactive account just to delete an arena team and never play on the account again. And on top of that paying the extra money to transfer the character.

I was told by an blizzard poster that he/she could possibly help, but they never got back to me so I am re posting.
The characters name is Skatta on Emerald dream. And yes I do own boy accounts under my name.
