Prepaid card won't work when i Character xfer

Yea as the title says, I've recently bought a 25$ prepaid "Vanilla MasterCard" and when i fill in the info for the credit card it says "An error as occurred on this page, We encountered a problem processing this credit card."

what do i do, i've went to the Pre-paid master card website to check my balance on the card and it says i still have 25$ in the card still.

Pending charges such as that usually become available within 3-5 business days depending on the bank.
