So is mine-botting allowed now?

Because if not, I've reported this extremely obvious mining-botter about 7 times now and ZERO action has been taken against him of any kind, and hes been allowed to just wreak havoc on the mining profession for 3 weeks now with no end in sight. What's it take to get these people looked at seriously and banned permanently? 7 tickets on the same guy (all of which were answered sluggishly with "yea yea we'll handle it") over the course of 3 weeks and still no action is pretty god awful. If a Blue would like the name of the character in question ill be happy to provide it, or you could swing by Jaedenar's Wintergrasp zone anytime and see him in his glory.

We do appreciate these reports, Renzio.

I know it may not seem like anything is visible for awhile on these - but they ARE addressed. Not exactly like some other reports may be, but they are addressed.

I also realize how frustrating it can be to be in an area with this sort of thing going on, but please don't let that discourage you from reporting this kind of behavior.
