My account was compromised early this morning and 30,000g was stolen from my guild bank, I know I know you should have bought and authenticator... Last time this happened to me I ended up losing 130,000g and its getting to the point does blizzard even care? Earning that amount of gold took MONTHS of hard work and 1 douche bag can just come along and take it away and blizzard doesnt even respound to my tickets? I have been playing this game since vanilla and if I dont get help with this issue like before I will be quitting the game for sure...

Its extremely depressing that this kinda stuff happens and it seems to me that blizzard doesnt even care anymore....

I HAVE YET TO GET ANYNEWS FROM MY HACKING A MONTH AGO.

And now that these hackers have almost taken gold cap from me this is pretty much the last thing I will take.

Blizzard help me out or your down 1 less customer (I have 4 accounts).

Of course we care, Dotsonwheels, and we will do everything we can to repair the damage that was caused. We can only restore what we can verify though and although our logs are fairly detailed they only last so long not to mention that data storage is never perfect, there is always the chance that information will be lost.

I understand that it may have taken months of hard work to acquire the gold and items that you had but this appears to be the third compromise that you claimed has happened? At what point do you put effort into your own security? We are happy to help whenever we can because we do understand the amount of work that goes into leveling and outfitting a character but there are limits.

Threatening to cancel your account will not allow us to provide you with any more of a restoration then anyone else. Your business is important to us, of course, but that doesn't mean we will be able to do something that we would otherwise not be in a position to do.

As for the gold that was previously lost, Dotsonwheels, it appears you received a fairly details e-mail regarding this matter on July 7th. You are welcome to continue your conversation with Account Administration regarding the matter.
