On July 28 5:38AM EST someone did a password change on my account. At 7:38 AM I received an email from Blizzard titled "Battle.net Account Locked - Action Required". Somewhere in between those times my character (Sureshock on the Zul'Jin server) was transferred without my permission to the Oceanic server Dath'Remar and stripped of most items and gold.
After reporting the problem to Blizzard I received another email titled "World of Warcraft - Paid Character Transfer Failure". At this point I'm no longer able to log on to Sureshock because it gives the following message at the character select screen, "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete". Sureshock is still on Dath'Remar and is supposed to be on Zul'jin.
Yesterday I received another email from Specialist Game Master Dyonsus listing items that have been restored to my character. Here's the problem...

Item(s) Restored:" I won't paste this part of the email because its too long.

1. I can't log on to Sureshock who is still stuck on Dath'Remar to retrieve those items and I since Sureshock was moved without my permission I can't retrieve the items restored to him on Zul'jin either.
2. Sureshock on Dath'Remar needs to be transferred back to Zul'jin before you start restoring items to him.
This morning I received this email...

Again, Sureshock was transferred to Dath'Remar without my permission and I can't log on to him there because I get this message at the character select screen "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete".
I need Sureshock to be transferred back to Zul'jin before you guys start restoring items to him.
