Replying to GM emails?

After my account being stolen by someone, secured and restored by a GM, I've gotten about everything back except for the items and gold that was on my main/most valued character. Is is possible to reply to a restoration alert email I got from them and ask if it was just overlooked accidentally or needs more time to be properly restored?

It’s possible that some of the items and money may have been missed and would be ideal to let the GM department know. If the email provides you with steps to reply to the email itself please do so, if not you can send an email to [email protected], with details on what you are missing or you can open a new petition in game with the information.
