Death Knight Questing Issues

Hi. I've recently been having issues trying to do the Blood Elf starting quests to gain rep with Silvermoon.

Story:
I went to the Blood Elf starting area to where I know the starter quests are, and there were none available. The area was newly explored on my character so I was confused why no quests were there. I tried to find a couple NPCs to talk to and see if it would give me any clues to solve my problem and all of the NPCs "talked down" to me because I am a Death Knight. My guild members suggested I go talk to Thrall because that's what the Death Knights have to do when they get out of the Death Knight starting area. But it confused me because I'm level 80..and I remember doing the Tauren starter quests to get rep with Thunder Bluff no problem. Regardless, I went to talk to Thrall and it did absolutely nothing. And the Blood Elf starter quests are still no where to be found.

Any ideas?

Can a In-Game Support rep provide you with the reason for design decisions that our Developers made? Not really, Zanimay.

I can guess but my answers would be very much like the ones already provided. Arcane Torrent based quests can't be coded out for other races because other races don't have that ability, nor would it make sense for them to be given it temporarily. Some quest design is based on function but a great deal is based on lore.
