I am not aloud to send mail or chat and i have not spammed in any channel im like almost new to this, all i did was talk to the people in my party and nothing else. I was wanting to know how can this problem be fixed. i have had people report me cause of hitting need on a weapon and winning it. Can you please help me?

It looks like you recently upgraded your account from a trial, Despro. You may have missed the warnings during upgrade process though.

When you use the online upgrade feature the leveling restrictions on an account will lift immediately though most of the other restrictions will remain until the purchase fully processes, this can take up to 72 hours.

I'm afraid these restrictions can not be removed manually. I am sorry for the confusion, Despro.
