Transfer refund

Okay so basically, I transferred my toon too another realm by accident. I never intentionally wanted too go to this server. I also never even got an email stating that I transferred this toon, I also didn't do the end verification for the billing my character just transferred itself basically and is just on a random server. I don't know if it is glitched or what but I didn't even varify this. I would like too have my toon restored back to my old realm wich is emerald dream.

You would need to consult Billing on this.

Toons just don't up and move themselves :) Someone asked this be done. Billing should be able to look at any possible options for you.
