Paypal and paid services

I guess Tech Support wasn't the right place to put this

Is there any way to use Paypal for server transfer? I can't pay with a credit card as I refuse to get one. If I can't use Paypal there is no other option for me

I'm not certain on why this is the case, but at the moment at least, it is so.
