About 2 weeks ago or so...
Anyways I put a ticket in and Called Blizzard 2 days in a Row and I get automated response like the Queue is to full please try again later and of course I have several times.
So I sent out a email ticket and phoned and still got no response and this would have to be the worst response time ever.
I usually don't bring up the fact I pay monthly fee but my guild even my servers population has gone down slightly since StarCraft 2 came out in fact a lot my REAL ID friends have it. So woot good for Blizzard they came out with a really cool game..
But I have a feeling responses are even slower do to StarCraft 2 but that would not really be fair to me since I'm paying here and not getting the customer service I wish.
Anyways I will give my info here since you can look at my account name via forums here is the info:
US Server
Garrosh
Horde
Kano - Paladin 80
Now their was a couple more horde on that server if you can restore it all without adding to my restore limit/ penitently that be good. IF not please just restore Kano on Garrosh and yes I accept the speech about limited restores.
