Question about restoring my items after hack

My account was hacked overnight and an authenicator was placed on it by the thief..i contacted Blizzard billing and account services immediatley via phone.. the issue was resolved i got my account back..BUT mostly all my items/gold besides pvp/tier gear were sold. I was told by the service member that he put a ticket in for me to speak with a GM about restoring items..im not sure if im suppose to see my ticket on the screen in que ( because i dont) or if it s a "special" ticket that they will eventually tend too. just dont wanna waste time if it didnt properly que and i should make my own ticket because its been all day.. just thought id get some though from people who have undergone this process before..

You do have an open investigation, Imajin. At the moment, it's 12 hours old. Currently restorations are averaging about 4 - 5 days.

Once your Specialist has had the opportunity to look into this, they will email you directly with the results.

In the meantime, did you find out how they obtained your password and ID? It is vital to find that source, if it still exists it is VERY likely this will happen repeatedly. If they CAN still get your information, they WILL be back.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
