On successfully killing Lord Marrowgar, [Removed]started the loot rolls. First Item he rolled for was the Bryntroll, there were 9 mainspec rolls and they were as follows (Ref: [Removed])
[Removed]
He was neither the highest nor the lowest roller, despite which he passed Bryntroll to himself to the objection of the entire raid (Ref: [Removed], [Cross-Link Removed] ). The next two items were both passed to the highest rollers per the loot agreement.
Following this everyone refused to progress any further till he passed the axe to myself, the rightful winner. He then left the raid 1 boss down to pick up the peices. You can see he is wearing the axe in question and that it was looted on the 23rd (Ref: [Removed])
I have sent in 2 tickets requesting the answer to a simple question, will I ever receive the axe in question? Both tickets have been responded to 3 days later by the exact same, unhelpful form letter.
I quote from Blizzard Support (Ref: http://eu.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_GB&articleId=43810) "In cases where a "rightful" owner can be proven, these items may also be transferred" I believe I can well and truly verify I am the rightful owner of the item and the victim of scamming.
I appreciate you're busy with Cataclysm and SC2, but I rarely ask for any assistance, and I feel this matter has been handled well below my expectations and previous experience of Blizzard's Customer Service. I understand the privacy issues and I don't wish to inquire or know about [Removed]'s punishment. I would just like to know my real world chances of getting back my Bryntroll? If nil, why Blizzard feels one person’s selfish action should potentially stop 24 other loyal players from enjoying the simple pleasures of raiding and receiving a well deserved item upgrade? Because at the end of the day Ninja’s might not win, but everyone sure seems to lose.
Thank you very much for your time and any assistance in this matter.
