I'm not privy to the details of course, but you should know that when reports come in about harassment and language violations, BOTH sides of the conversation are investigated.

So if you have perhaps been going back and forth with them, you can expect action on your account as well.

I see that you have a petition that was entered in roughly two days ago, regarding a compromised account, Soulstabber, and another that was roughly one hour ago. I see nothing regarding the situation as you describe it being entered in from this account. If you provide me with the name and realm of the character that submitted the petition in question, I would be happy to look into this for you. :0)
