Paid Transfers not working?

Trying to transfer my druid, paying, any idea why this is happening? I thought it might be because Starcraft is out today. I'm entering all the information right, and I have used the card before I don't understand why there is a problem.

That is very hard to say, Aeice. Services and subscriptions act differently with some financial institutions - that is possibly an issue, could be a variety of things.

Calling Billing would be your best option.
