A mistake on my part (race change)

Hello there. I have been disconnected after waiting on the blizzard hot-line multiple times over the last few weeks so I will attempt to contact someone here.

I made the mistake, which seems to be pretty common after looking around :( , of getting a race change instead of a faction change on this character. I would really like to get this mistake refunded. I have not used the race change at all, so I am wondering if this would be an easy thing to take care of.

Billing will be the ones that you need to speak with, Ultra.

Are you using a land-line, or a cell phone? Cells are not preferred as they can drop calls if the hold time is extended.
