hi, i started a new character and sent my friend a raf so we could lvl together, but it isnt working. it says we are linked and i have added him and he joined my party. and he activated the trail account and then bought the game. so why isnt it working? please help!!!

He most likely installed the full version instead of upgrading the linked trial.
