Character recovery queue

I recently recovered my account after it had been compromised but when i got it back my main character was missing

I opened a ticket about it and got a quick response saying i have been placed in a queue for recovery that should take 4-6 days, however there was no follow up email or ticket escalation.

After the wait time was up i submitted another ticket asking if i could be reassured i was in the queue and get an updated on the estimated time,

This ticket got escalated and is still remaining at that status after 2 days


I was hoping i could get a update on my character recovery here as it's been 8 days since I've heard anything :c

Well, that character wasn't actually deleted - it was moved and is currently on Frostmourne.

I do see your petition open for a followup - please don't close that until this can be looked into further.

Hopefully you'll be hearing from your Specialist in the relatively near future, I'd keep an eye on your email.
