Kil'Jaeden in Sunwell badly bugged. Need GM

Okay so me and a few guildies started back up a Sunwell Pug on thursday. Raid ID 35158967 on the server Uldum. It was an extended raid lock due to the pug failing at Eredar Twins on Monday.
I will try to be as detailed as possible while explaining this to help any GMs more easily analyze the problem. After reforming we entered the raid and easily killed Twins and Mu'ru in 1 shot both. We proceeded to run down the ramp and kill the adds before into Kil'Jaeden's room. Once we got just outside the room and also upon entering. Several people in the raid started to wonder why there we no mobs. After 5 mins of pondering we decided to have 2 players hearth and summon everyone out back to the Stone. Once everyone was out of the raid we soft-reset it and entered only to find the mobs still not spawned. So the raid was called and a ticket was put in. I stated my problem in the ticket very cleary and logged out. I logged back in friday and my ticket had not been answered, still being in Sunwell I decided to just go check on Kil'Jaeden, At which point I saw that "Archonisus, The Third Gate" had popped up. Normally this gate is removed once Mu'ru is killed and it had been removed once we killed him. But it re-appeared? Im really trying to figure out if this is yet another bug or if its a sign of an attempt to fix the issue and to just keep us out while its worked on. Could I get some feedback from a GM or knowledgable information from anyone please? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

It looks as if all of the gates have been brought down, Jaloot. Can you try zoning in once more to check?
