Account recovery wait time

It has been 11 days since I reported my account hacked and 4 days ago i received an e-mail saying that one of my two 80s had been restored.

Sadly, my account is still "closed" and am forced to use this account( my friends) to post.

How much longer is this going to take? I have heard of people regaining access to thier accounts in a 3-5 days.
