You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

You need to make sure
1) Your scanners are up to date
2) You are using the appropriate types of scanners to cover all your threats (one at a time)
3) Have the launcher open with a bit of gibberish in the fields as you scan.
No one scanner will find everything. Scanners are also only good with known threats - if a threat is new and hasn't been added, not going to find it.
Scanning is vitally important, but you can never know 100%.
