I am trying to do a faction change to one of my toons, and its saying "There are no characters on this realm, please choose another" I have 5 toons on the realm I am picking. This same message appears with any type of paid feature I try. Any help please would be wonderful, blizzard is too slow to answer emails and phone is jammed as always.
