Character Flagged for Rename

I need some help after transferring my character and then switching it from alliance to horde on server Korgath. I was able to customized my horde character, name it (with the name I had reserved/same name she came over with) and then it was flagged for rename. I was hoping this issue could be resolved to ensure that I get the name that I chose and can log in. :)

Try this now if you would.

Just for future reference, this is a small wrinkle that can sometimes develop if you do multiple transactions without logging into the character between steps. Doing one transaction, logging into the character - then requesting the next can usually avoid this :)
