The GM i got in response to my ticket was polite friendly and a damn funny as GM, and not to mention my ticket answered in just 2 mins of placing it in.

10/10 For Service
10/10 for Speedy Service
20/20 For the Humor


Blizzards GMs are down right funny! now to sub a email to the Super for my GM Lorenittis to say very nice things :)
