Now for my question:

I just had a fast question. I got SCII reg, and I just got the SCII CE from my friend for my B-day, and I was wondering if this up-grades my SCII reg to CE or does it make a whole new SCII account?

You can indeed use the Collector’s Edition to effectively upgrade your SCII version, Tuzker. If you would rather have two copies of the game, though, then you may tie the second SCII (the CE version) to an alternate Battle.net account. :0)
