Mini Thor and Mailbox questions

I purchased the Starcraft 2 Collector's Edition, and noticed it said I would recieve a pet in WoW. I signed up for a trial edition so I could try out the game and see the pet. I also found out that now pets are sent through mail, but I still haven't seen it in a mailbox (in game of course). Also, a friend of mine told me he sent a letter to my mailbox so I could understand how to use it. That hasn't shown up either. Is it because I am on the trial edition, or just some kind of error?

Also, the mailbox says my inbox is full, and I'll have to delete some items to see newer ones, but of course I don't see anything. I'm not sure if that helps but that is something else.
