As Hathios advised the best thing you can do is to use the Report Spam feature to report them. If you no longer have the advertising spam on your screen you may submit an in-game petition and a Game Master will be able to review the matter.

This will allow us to address the advertising as well as send the matter up for investigation and hopefully get the account back into the hands of the registered user.
