Q u o t e:
It's not against to share accounts if you are under the legal age and the person you are sharing it with is your legal parent/guardian.
i.e we are both under 18 and my father is my legal parent guardian
Though true, and it sounds like everyone in this thread has a good understanding of how our policies work in this regarding, I feel it necessary to clarify that a bit so there is no confusion for those who may be reading.
A World of Warcraft account may be accessed by two people, that is one adult (that is registered to the account) and one minor child (that the registered adult is the parent or legal guardian of). If the adult has more than one minor child only one should be accessing a specific account.
Thus you may have Account A, that Child A accesses, along with their parent and Account B, that Child B accesses, along with their parent. Account A should not be accessed by Child B or vice versa.
Fiddlesticks, if your father wishes to merge your little brother's account with his current Battle.net account he'll need to contact our Billing and Account Services department. They may be able to help.
You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 7AM-8PM (PST/PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.
Lines are fairly busy but keep trying and you should eventually reach someone.
Good luck.
