Character Update Process - Recently Hacked

Greetings!

Approximately two weeks ago my account was compromised and hacked. My four 80s were transferred to different realms and deleted. After filing a ticket and going through the process of account verification, my account was deemed secure. On July 22nd I received an e-mail telling me that my items had been restored to the 6 characters affected by this hacking - however, the four characters transferred now exist again, but are stuck on the servers they were transferred to. When I try to log on them, I receive a message saying, "You cannot log on this character until the character update process you recently initiated is complete." Is this normal for the process? Should I be a little more patient?

P.S.: I also received an e-mail on July 18th telling me that the paid transfers had not gone through successfully.

Most unauthorized transfer issues are addressed around the same time as when the main compromise investigation is completed. Though it can take a few more days for such issues to be resolved it shouldn't be this long.

Did you receive any e-mail regarding the progress of this investigation, Rowanna? I'll see what I can find out.

It looks like the matter is up for review, Rowanna, you should hopefully hear something soon.

That's what it looked like from my end as well. I am very sorry for the delay, Rowanna, you will likely hear something within 12-24 hours, maybe even sooner.
