Paid Race Change issue

hey guys,
on my lvl 66 Rogue, Roguewassa, i tried to change his race by the paid service.
it said that there was an issue, so i thought that maybe i didnt have enough $$ left on my VISA gift card.
so i didnt do anything.
next thing i know, when i check the elligablity (spelt wrong) for my rogue, it was NA
when i try to log on that certain character, it says " You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete."

and i thought that my card didnt have enough funds.....

Blizzard can u please help me????
