Why are you guys doing this to me?????

my account was banned by mistake and i've tried everything possible to get it back... i just talked to a gm named micheivel and he couldn't of been more lame... he told me to email account adminastration a few more times.... and told me they've already looked into it 3 times and a 4th time wouldn't show up anything different.... i don't know what is going on there at blizzard entertainment... but it must be something bad.... if your boss knew how you treated people who have made you into this giant of a game would they fire you? or have you guys changed your policy from "we care" to "who cares?" the guy was so heartless i kept telling him to please help me and put himself in my place.. and all he said was say goodbye have a great time in the world of warcraft if theres nothign else i can help you with...... what is wrong with him? 2 years ago you guys had great customer service and i could call you right up on the phone and everything would be okay 10 minutes later... now.... oh my god... it makes me want to pull my hair out and start crying... 2 years down the drain and no telling how much dollars for prepaid cards and expansions... and this is how you treat me? i never did anything to any of you and i never botted on my account... but its like you would like me to or something.. you want me to start all over again? and buy 3 more expansions? is that what you'd like? stop being selfish.. i'm not the first person on here to be wrongfully banned.. i''ve seen about 3 other posts on here about it and they got help.. why can't i?

I can only assume that you are referring to the other account that you mention in the petitions submitted from this account, Leeleeleelee. If not please let me know once you are able to post again, otherwise I'll have to work under that assumption.

Now, given what I see on that other account it doesn't look like your account was closed by mistake at all. All evidence gathered back in 2008 when the account was originally closed shows that the account was in strict violation of our Terms of Use.

He likely told you that the only point of contact to dispute such actions would be our Account Administration Department and that you are welcome to contact them but after repeated reviews of the closure all evidence found simply supports the original conclusion.

Our bosses are very much aware that we strive to address cases where violations of our policies are found, especially when those violations are to such an extreme degree that they warrant immediately closure. Exploitative players haven't made us what we are, honest customers who abide by our policies and play fair are.

Our policy has always been to do what we can to help our players, Leelee. Though when it comes to activities that are detrimental to the integrity of the game I'm afraid we would rather say good bye then to allow someone to continue to exploit our games and negatively impact our other legitimate players.

Technically, it would be three month lost as the account you seem to be referring to was active for only 3 months before it required closure and considering your e-mails state that you are returning after being away for 2 years, that would indicate that you haven't spent anything since you left back in 2008.

Unfortunately that is not what we have found, Leelee. Even if you did not directly violate our policies someone on the account did. The registered user on the account is responsible for all activities, sanctioned by them or not. Though we will work to confirm if the account is compromised if we can, the evidence must support a malicious compromise though. In this case it did not.

We only close specific accounts and do not block users so if you wish to start again and will abide by our Terms of Use, you are welcome to do so.

I suppose it could be considered rather selfish. After all, we're gamers too, so the integrity of the game is very important to us. We want to protect our environment and make sure that exploitation and cheating is dealt with as swiftly as possible.

Though I am not certain which threads you are referring to, perhaps they received help through the proper channels, because an additional investigation verified that the account was either compromised at the time or that an error occurred and the account should not have been actioned.

You have received help, Leelee, you just haven't received the results you desire. All evidence shows that the account was exploiting and in violation of our Terms of Use to such a degree that it warranted immediate closure. It was also found that the account was not compromised at the time of these actions and though it may not have been under your direct control we are unable to verify that you were not perfectly aware of the issue.

Actually we do, though we don't tell those who would use the information to improve upon their methods to hopefully avoid detection better for the next time. After all this isn't the only account you are associated with that seems to have been closed for similar activity.

Unfortunately there is nothing further that can be added to this thread as all advice regarding this matter has been presented. I'll be locking this thread and encourage you not to create another one unless you have a new issue that we may be able to help with.
