Today at 1:50 AM (Alaska Time) i was signed out of my account and an authenticator was put in place. Effectively barring me access to my account. I will be sending the form to you guys from your website, and i just am putting this out here in the case a GM see's it and i hope that you can freeze my guy's before all my stuff is.. vendored.

Bigg, you need to secure your email.

The last little while, there has been an email going out when an authenticator is added. For them to have put this on that is a VERY strong indication they are actually into your email account.

Looks like they've also tried to transfer your characters.

That authenticator is no longer on this account, but even resetting your password or changing your email may not deter them if they are into your email proper.

I highly recommend you first do a full security sweep of your system, then setup a new - unrelated email and call Billing to have that changed.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
