I would also suggest that you take a look at the sticky entitled

It sounds like your account may have been compromised, and your characters may have been deleted, or even transferred off to another realm. I would read through the aforementioned post, and ensure your computer is secure. Once that has been accomplished, then continue, and get a petition in so that we can investigate your account restoration.
